As a business consultant your aim is to understand each customer and take ownership of the technical configuration and implementation of new software deliveries. We believe in a dialogue-driven and consultative approach, where you will get to use both your communication and collaboration skills to map out business needs, before getting hands-on with technical configuration and coding, maintaining documentationa and providing timely project updates along the way.

Who are you?

We are looking for talented people that share our passion for technology and our motivation for solving complex IT challenges. Recent graduates and aspiring professionals are encouraged to apply. We believe that to enjoy the role and to thrive in our team you relate to most of the following:

• Relevant degree within Information Technology, Engineering or Business
• Familiarity with Azure and hands-on experience using SQL
• You combine technical and commercial understanding to provide valuable customer advice
• Work experience from software implementation or configuration beneficial
• Previous energy sector experience is an advantage
• Good communicator, able to listen and can make complex or technical information easily understood
• Enjoy learning and exchanging knowledge and ideas with others
• Fully fluent in English. Norwegian is an advantage.
