As Restaurant Manager at OHMA, you will play a key role in the restaurant’s continued development and daily success. You will be a visible and present leader, creating memorable guest experiences while building a motivated, professional, and engaged team. Your responsibilities will include overall responsibility for daily operations, including staff planning, bookings, financial routines, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. You will work actively with leadership and team development, ensure efficient use of systems such as POS and IT tools, and set a positive standard for service and culture in the restaurant.

We are looking for someone who is structured, proactive, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. You have solid experience from restaurant operations, a good understanding of food and wine, and a natural ability to create a positive environment for both guests and colleagues. You lead with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
