As a developer in the simulation software team, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our medical simulation software and its ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the software's maintainability, security, reliability, and performance, while also developing new features and integrating cutting-edge hardware simulators. You will collaborate with technical experts in a multicultural environment and engage with colleagues globally to align our products with evolving healthcare regulation and user needs.
Some of what you will be doing-
Develop and maintain our desktop-based simulation software.

Implement Laerdal’s secure software development framework, including code reviews and dependency management.

Mentor team members and contribute to improving our codebase and development processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our software offerings and improve user experience.

Explore and stay updated on new technologies relevant to medical simulation software.

A BSc. or MSc. in a relevant engineering discipline.

5+ years of professional experience developing software applications.

Proficiency in .NET development and familiarity with software development principles.

Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces for desktop or mobile applications.

Strong interests in software architecture and code quality.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
