We are now looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Arendal, with responsibility for the Norwegian market within the Defence and Professional sector.

We are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Arendal to secure our continued success in delivering our safety solutions for Defence and professional use.
As a Senior Sales Manager specializing in the Defence and professional sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, relationship-building, and effective collaboration with key stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage our Defence and Professional business in Norway, by identifying and securing new opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
This position covers the Norwegian market and reports directly to Head of Sales Defence, based in UK.
Key Responsibilities:-
Full responsibility for sales and business development within the Norwegian market for Defence and the Professional sector.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Defence and the professional sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders

Navigate public procurement processes
-
Collaborate with internal and external teams to prepare strong proposals, presentations and product adaptions

Lead contract negotiations and secure favorable agreements
-
Provide accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets
Your background
To be successful in this position, you have experience from Defence or Professional segment, and a relevant educational background. You have very good communication skills, and we expect you to be proactive, dynamic and results oriented with the ability to create strong cross-functional collaborations - both internally and externally.
The prerequisites for success in the position are:

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business, technical, or a related field. Operative experience can compensate for formal education.

You have some years of successful sales experience, preferably towards the Defence sector, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales targets.

It is a plus that you have proven experience in public procurement processes, and familiarity with government procurement regulations and compliance standards within the Defence sector.
