Nordic Financial CERT (NFCERT) serves as a key hub for cyber security and financial crime prevention efforts across the Nordic financial sector. As Head of Technology and Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion into financial crime and fraud prevention data sharing. Your leadership will be crucial in creating member value and shaping the strategic direction of NFCERT. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead strategy, development and ownership of our technology architecture and platforms, including our third-party managed cloud platform, with a main priority on expansion into Financial Crime Prevention data sharing

• Ensure NFCERTs technology stack is fit for purpose with the ability to scale up and down as needed with a strategy of managed services over in-house development

• Professionalize current technology deliveries in accordance with SLAs and growing member expectations

• Conduct RFPs, assessments and manage technology vendors

• Security and compliance oversight of technology platforms and vendors aligned with internal ISMS/ISO2700x

• Collaborate with member organizations, vendors and partners across the Nordics. For example, by advising and assisting them on how to integrate NFCERTs products and services

• Personnel, project and budget responsibility within agreed limits

• Take ownership of NFCERT’s strategic development and growth as part of the leadership team

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with strong technology and project management skills, and a collaborative and creative mindset. You should be comfortable navigating complex systems and adept at aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve shared goals. Effective communication, both oral and written, is critical, as is the ability to represent NFCERT professionally in a variety of contexts.

Hands on working experience from Nordic banks, either in-house or in a consultancy role, within the areas of fraud prevention, AML or cyber security, is a requirement. As is familiarity with project management in multi-stakeholder environments. A proven track record of driving technology improvements while maintaining a strategic vision will set you apart. You also have good insight and understanding of current data sharing initiatives on a Nordic and European level, both from a technology and legal perspective.

Previous leadership experience is not a requirement, but you want to grow as a leader in the area of technology and agile product delivery.
