Tasks:

For candidates with pizzeria experience:

• Direct training to become assistant Pizzaiolo or head pizzaiolo

• Managing the pizza station during service

• Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure high quality and efficient service

• Preparation of pixie according to authentic Roman recipe

For candidates without experience:

• Cleaning and organising kitchen and pizzeria

• Support tasks in kitchen and pizzeria

• Preparing the line before service

• Gradual trening with opportunities to grow into cook or Pizzaiolo roles
