We are seeking a new Operations Lead to join our Data Services team. The role is responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of data improvement projects from our teams in Norway and Malaysia to enhance the quality, consistency, and governance across our clients’ organizations.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
The role reports to and works closely with the Data Services Director.
**Manage and support delivery Team Leads:**Ensure that day-to-day activities are well driven by the assigned team leads. Ensuring consistent delivery on time and meeting scope and quality requirements, including internal reporting to management.
**Resource Management:**Track and manage resource utilisation, including monitoring performance, workload balancing and KPIs to ensure optimal revenue performance.
**Personnel and Work Method Development:**Participate in defining and improving execution methods, training plans and onboarding to ensuring compliance with company processes and customer requirements.
Work Environment: Foster a strong, positive work environment and guide team leads and members.
Customers: Support and participate in customer deliveries including participation in customer meetings, defining scopes of work, periodic status reporting and engaging with potential customers when required.
Identify and Implement Improvements: Help to define technology and tools for continuous improvement in our deliveries to customers.
Your Qualifications and Experience:

Structured, proactive, and self-driven.

Experience in leading teams or project teams, and a background from oil and gas, engineering, logistics, shipping, chemicals or similar.

Understanding of master data domains (e.g., customer, vendor, product, material) and their role in business operations.

Familiarity with typical customer tools and platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.

Communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in both Norwegian and English.

Minimum 5 years relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
