Semine is now seeking an Onboarding Manager to be based in Oslo. You will play a key role in the company’s further expansion and contribute to shaping their international growth journey.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you`ll lead customer projects related to digital transformation within finance and accounting. You are responsible for managing implementations, handling stakeholders, and ensuring progress and delivery according to plan and budget. You have full responsibility for onboarding new customers, coordinating internal and external resources, and acting as the link between the customer’s finance team and Semine’s product and delivery teams.
You drive projects forward, ensure customers get maximum value from the solution, and build long-term relationships. The role is both advisory and customer-focused, giving you a key position in the customer’s digital transformation journey. You also train super users and accountants to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success. As part of the onboarding process, you will also guide customers through key system setup steps to ensure they get the most value from Semine from day one. In addition, you collaborate closely with the sales teams in Norway and Sweden, as well as the product development team, contributing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications and personal qualities• Background in accounting, auditing, or financial controlling
• Previous experience in roles such as Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, or similar
• Familiarity with invoice processes and ERP systems is considered essential
• Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
To succeed in the role, you should be relationship-oriented and understand how to balance customer needs with business priorities. You manage your time well, even in busy periods, while ensuring deliveries that drive both the customer and Semine forward. You enjoy customer interaction and like finding solutions. In addition, you can work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines — even under pressure.
