Business is growing, and Enhanced Drilling is expanding our HyperCare Team. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Engineer ready to support global offshore operations.

About the Role

As a HyperCare Field Engineer, you will plan and execute onshore and offshore operations worldwide, including pre-deployment, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and specialist operations. You will play a key role in ensuring high reliability, minimizing Non-Productive Time (NPT), and maintaining strong HSEQ standards across all EDR product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support global onshore and offshore maintenance operations

• Contribute to development and improvement of maintenance procedures

• Review and update technical documentation and maintenance plans

• Provide engineering support during assembly and testing

• Work in the Asset Management System (FIIX)

• Deliver on-site training and generate service reports

• Support special projects and technical improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical College, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant trade certificate

• Experience with rig installation and subsea equipment

• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems

• Familiar with NORSOK, DNV and ABS standards

• Supervisor experience is an advantage

• Good IT skills
