**Language Skills:**A good command of Norwegian and English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred. Experience handling cash is a plus.

**Computer Literacy:**Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Transaction Management: Process money transfers and currency exchanges with high precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to compliance/AML regulations.

• Customer Engagement: actively engage customers to understand their needs and offering solutions.

• Advisory: Provide professional service by answering queries and guiding customers through our omnichannel services.

• Cash Handling: Manage cash flow responsibly and ensure accurate balancing and accounting according to company guidelines.

• Flexibility: Be available to work shifts on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
