Bus drivers for season 2026

Valid driver's licence category D and code 95

Valid work permit (We assist with necessary documentation for qualified EU/EEA candidates)

Experience as a bus driver.

Good proficiency in English or Norwegian; additional languages like German, Spanish, Italian are a bonus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsible, service-minded and proactive

Flexible: Happy to work with varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Able to adapt and work in a team with colleagues from diverse backgrounds

Comfortable with digital registration of work hours and following company routines

Drive sightseeing and tourist buses between cruise terminals and attractions in several Norwegian cities

Deliver safe, professional transport and top-quality customer experiences

Perform daily technical checks of buses as instructed

Represent Hop On AS positively and professionally at all times

Follow traffic rules, safety guidelines, and employer procedures
