We’re excited to offer a part-time (2--3 days per week), fixed-term opportunity in our Oslo office for a motivated HR Operations Support.
This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, international environment where you’ll gain valuable experience and contribute to meaningful HR work.
About the RoleAs an HR Operations Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of seamless HR services and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with both local and international HR teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR processes.
Your Responsibilities-
Support administrative HR tasks such as drafting contracts, managing personnel documentation and responding to inquiries.

Maintain accurate data across HR systems and personnel files.

Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Prepare HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with HR Operations colleagues across international network in Riverty.

A degree (Bachelor/Master) or studying towards a degree in HRM

1--2 years of experience in HR operations or administration; recent graduates are welcome.

Fluency in Norwegian/Swedish and English.

Strong MS Office skills, experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

A proactive and service-minded approach, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a positive attitude and readiness to contribute in an international team environment.

Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Interest in payroll and international HR collaboration is a strong advantage.
