**As the Area Sales Manager at Schüco Norway,**you will collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth of Schüco’s systems and solutions among both existing and new customers in Norway.
You will report directly to the Country Manager and will support Schüco’s partners and other key players in the building market throughout the entire process chain. This role involves acting as an advisor and working closely with the Schüco team to identify the best solutions for Schüco’s partners**.**
Your main tasks are:· Manage and develop existing partners and present new solutions and services
· Contribute to building expertise among Schüco's partners through good advisory services and organising training/courses
· Identify potential projects for the partners by gaining insights and maintaining proximity to the market
· Evaluate and establish new partner relationships in areas where Schüco currently has no presence
· Act as a liaison with Schüco in Germany, bringing in global expertise to optimise processes
· Serve as a coordinator and contact person, providing service and ensuring that "everything" runs smoothly
· Participate in events and trade fairs where Schüco is represented
· Ensure synergies and collaboration through the coordination and interaction with internal and external resources
You are a commercially driven professionalwith excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships, both internally and externally. You excel at networking and possess solid business acumen, allowing you to quickly understand and navigate technical solutions. Additionally, you have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction industry, whether from a contractor, supplier, or consultancy background.
You havepreferably a technical education combined with a commercial degree.
You possessoutstanding skills in building relationships and fostering a positive environment. You have a natural ability to connect with people, nurturing both professional and personal relationships while quickly gaining their trust. You are comfortable interacting with diverse groups and adeptly navigate different personalities, adapting to various social dynamics with ease.
