Plastlabs is a plastic technology design and service company. The head office is located in Helsinki, Finland. The company's engineering team has extensive experience in product development of mobile phones, electronics and health technology, on which the service quality level of Plastlabs is based today. The services focus on plastic physics and rheology modeling and simulation calculations. The company has served the plastics industry in the Nordic region since 2018.
The company's main services are: plastic product, material, processing, and final product functionality and performance simulations. Which aims to validate the quality and performance of the product for the market. These services provide customers with product quality validation and cost and project savings.
During 2022, Plastlabs developed a new service process for the industry, which makes it possible to improve the environmental value of plastics and plastic products. The process enables the implementation of non-fossil plastics in plastic products and ensures the durability of the products in the final destination.
According to this new plastic environment simulation process, the company is looking for growth outside of Finland, where a person is sought to implement it.
We are looking for a technical sales manager to coordinate new customers in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. We are therefore looking for a candidate with a current background, who is able to create results through professional knowledge, teamwork and initiative. You have good communication skills and are good at creating relationships. The position reports to the CEO and is part of the company's management team.
Who are you?· Technical background suitable for the plastics industry to understand the benefits of Plastlabs technical services
· Relevant industry network, operating methods, product design and development processes
· Experienced professional or newly graduated engineer
· Active contactor
· Long-term and systematic sales approach
· Good written and oral presentation skills (Norwegian, Swedish or Dannish and English)
· IT skills and means of communication at a good level
· Experience with tenders and contracts
· No simulation work experience required.
What do you do?· Sale of Plastlabs simulation services
· Prepare tenders, conduct clarification meetings and draw up contracts for new projects
· Follow-up of new framework agreements
· Nurturing new customers
· Design sales plans and budgets together with the CEO and other management
· Responsible for Plastlabs's marketing and marketing plans

· Part-time contract, basically 2-3 days a week.
· Flexible working hours and locations (emanate from Norway, Sweden or Denmark)
· Work independently
· Work will start in Q2 of 2023
