We are currently looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team supporting a well-known premium automotive brand (Mercedes) in Chania, Crete.

This is a great opportunity to build international work experience while enjoying life on one of Europe’s most beautiful islands.

💼 About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will support customers via phone, email and chat. Your daily tasks may include:

Roadside Assistance cases (breakdowns and recovery support)
Customer inquiries related to vehicle services
Technical support for mobile apps and connected car services
General customer service and troubleshooting
Appointment bookings and dealership-related questions

Since this is a luxury brand, customers expect a high level of service, professionalism and communication.🧠

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

Speaks Norwegian at C1 level or higher
Has good English skills (minimum B2)
Is customer-focused, calm and solution-oriented
Has strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Is comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
Enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required — full training is provided.
