LOFT is hiring!

We’re on the lookout for sharp, fun, and hardworking people to join our crew at LOFT - a vibrant cocktailbar and dynamic hub in the heart of Stavanger - from this summer and beyond. If you’ve got good energy, a cool head under pressure, and love a fast-paced vibe - read on!

Open Positions:

· Bartenders (2 x 50% - approx 18-20 hours weekly)

· Runners / Waiters (2 x 30% - approx 10-12 hours weekly)

What You’ll Be Doing: Bartenders:

· Mixing drinks with precision and personality

· Managing bar stock and keeping everything clean and tidy

· Creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel welcome

· Handling payments and keeping the bar running smoothly

Runners / Waiters:

· Delivering food and drinks quickly and efficiently

· Anticipating guest needs and making sure everyone’s taken care of

· Keeping the floor organized and helping wherever needed

· Supporting the team to keep service seamless

What You’ll Get:

We’re Looking For People Who:

· Are at least 20 years old (legal requirement)

· Can keep their cool when the tempo’s high

· Are organized, reliable, and ready to hustle

· Speak English confidently

· Show up with good energy and a sharp eye

· Bonus: some bar or service experience (but not a dealbreaker --- all mandatory training provided)
