Service Employees Wanted for One of Norway’s Most Popular Tourist Destinations -- The Arctic Circle Center 66º33'N

The Arctic Circle Center (ACC) was officially opened on July 13, 1990. It is located along the E6 highway on the Saltfjellet plateau, situated at 66º33'N and approximately 680 meters above sea level. It is on the edge of the Saltfjellet-Svartisen National Park, with the nearest town, Mo i Rana, 89 km south from the center.

Inside the center, you’ll find a well-stocked souvenir and gift shop a cinema and a bistro with focus and norwegian cuisine. The total area covers approximately 1,300 m².

The Arctic Circle, which shifts slightly every year, originally ran directly through the center. This makes the site a major attraction for visitors, who enjoy seeing the Arctic Circle statue, receiving a certificate as proof of crossing the Arctic Circle, sending postcards with the center’s unique Arctic Circle stamp, and exploring the stunning surrounding nature.

In a normal season, ACC welcomes over 200,000 visitors from all over the world. The season runs from approximately April to October.

Staff is Needed for the Following Periods:

• May 15 -- September 25

• June 01 -- August 25

• June 10 -- August 31

Please indicate in your application which period you wish to work.

It may be possible to arrange a different period than those listed, but we prefer to follow these intervals, ideally with a minimum commitment of five weeks for both work and stay.
