Warehouse Coordinator \& Quality Controller

Interwell is now looking for a role within our completion business line located in Voss. Completion is a fast-growing business segment within Interwell focusing on developing customized cutting-edge completion technology for our global customer base. In the company, we have professional expertise in many fields such as mechanical design, electronics, software, material science, elastomers, glass technology, and more.

At our Voss location, Interwell develops and manufactures advanced Glass Plugs and Sliding Sleeves, while driving innovation in glass technology to meet the growing demands of the energy industry.

Due to an increased workload, we are now looking for a Warehouse Coordinator & Quality Controller to join our team.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Receiving inspection and support daily warehouse operations and storage system activities

• Create shop orders and documentation for glass discs

• Prepare and pack shipments and outgoing mail

• Booking and follow-up transportation of Completion products and parts

• Pick and ship internal orders for global operations

• Picking parts for assembly/production/R&D

• Participate in periodic inventory counting and contribute to accurate stock management

• Support maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment

• Perform and follow up non-part purchasing

• Assist the Logistics Supervisor and other teams when required

• Perform internal manufacturing when required

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, production, or similar work

• Structured, accurate, and reliable

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently

• Fluent in Norwegian and good English skills

• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage
