Join Us This Summer at Namsentunet (Seasonal Position)

Namsentunet is a charming destination beautifully located by the Namsen river, known for its relaxed atmosphere, scenic surroundings, and welcoming hospitality. We offer 22 hotel rooms, a restaurant, and a unique experience for both local and international guests.

We are now looking for a flexible and service-minded team member who can combine the roles of receptionist and waiter during the summer season.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you will be an important part of the guest experience, both in the restaurant and at the front desk.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out

• Answering phone calls and emails

• Serving food and beverages in the restaurant

• Managing simple bar service (wine, beer, and basic drinks)

• Assisting with à la carte service and pre-booked groups

• Supporting operations during busy periods and small conferences

The reception is integrated into the restaurant, meaning you will naturally switch between front desk and service tasks throughout your shift.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people

• Is flexible and comfortable handling multiple tasks at once

• Speaks English fluently (Scandinavian language such as Norwegian or Swedish is a strong advantage)

• Has some experience from service, hospitality, or similar roles

Practical information:
