We're now on the hunt for experienced Discipline Lead - Package Responsible Engineer in Bergen office who are ready to take on complex, multidisciplinary offshore projects - and help shape what comes next.

- Lead and deliver projects from A to Z - studies, modifications and more.
- Work across borders, disciplines, and time zones.
- Own project scope, time, cost, and QHSE.
- Keep stakeholders informed, involved, and impressed. Ensure we meet all relevant regulations and requirements.
- Support bids and tenders, define SoW, estimate resources.
- Help develop smarter processes and better routines.
- Ensuring competence and training within the discipline.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of methodology and best practises relevant for the discipline.
- Recruitment, resource allocation and personnel responsibility within the discipline.
- Foster technical and administrative growth within the group.
- Travel as needed (offshore, yards, suppliers, office locations worldwide - we'll keep it interesting).
- Bachelor's or Master's in engineering - or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in project management or engineering, ideally offshore.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
- A collaborative mindset and solid communication skills.
- Familiar with tools like IFS, SAP, STID, Procosys, Safran? Great.
- Bonus if you've handled renewal surveys or energy management projects.
