What are we looking for?
We are looking for a chef to join the team. You should have 2+ years' experience working as a chef/cook. We can teach you everything you need to know about ramen so do not worry if this is new to you. As a chef your primary responsibilities will lie in food prep and service. We are a small team, and everyone helps each other so there is also an expectation to contribute with service and cleaning. Depending on your experience level, and personal ambition this position could be expanded to include ordering and menu development.

At Kansui you will get a competitive salary and fantastic working environment. We are open from 12-20 so the latest you can expect to be working in 22:00. Who are we?
Kansui opened in February of 2024 and is the only restaurant in the Stavanger area that focuses purely on ramen. Located off Pedersgata to ensure a good flow of guests all day long, we have gone from strength to strength since opening and been recognized locally, nationally and internationally. Our menu consists of 4-5 different ramen combining traditional Japanese flavours with high quality Norwegian produce. At Kansui, everything, including noodles are made in house.
