Job Summary

Junior sales plays a key role in supporting European Maritime Finance’s operations in Norway, focusing on client relations, investment analysis, and the support of investment opportunities within the maritime sector. The position requires excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in understanding investment processes and client service. The role contributes to strengthening EMF’s client base, ensuring high-quality investor engagement, and supporting the company’s continued growth in the Scandinavian market.

Key Responsibilities

· Client Support & Analysis: Provide professional support to Client Directors and Associates.
· Investor Communication: Engage proactively with existing and potential investors, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Assist in responding to investor inquiries and maintaining a high standard of client service.
· Market Insight: Monitor maritime and financial markets relevant to EMF’s investment products.
· Event & Seminar Support: Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of investor seminars and events in Norway. Ensure a smooth, well-organized client experience.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system. Ensure systematic registration, follow-up, and reporting of client interactions and activities.
· Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with Client Directors, Client Associates, and colleagues across branches to ensure coordinated investor communication and a seamless client experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Minimum a bacherlor`s degree wtih some relevanct economical spects.
· 1 year or more of experience in sales and client relations.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· Knowledge of the maritime sector or investment products is an advantage.
· Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Although experience and formal qualifications are valued, exceptional and highly motivated candidates may still be considered.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.

Location: Office-based in Oslo with occasional travel for events and meetings.
