On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Automation & VTS Integration Manager to oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of automation systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and instrumentation, for large-scale infrastructure projects.
The role requires a multidisciplinary approach, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of control systems and infrastructure integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation and integration of instrumentation, control systems, and SCADA platforms.
- Ensure automation systems meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and telecommunication teams for seamless system integration.
- Review technical designs, functional specifications, and system architecture.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
- Address technical challenges and implement timely solutions to meet project milestones.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols during installations.
- Organize and lead weekly site progress and DABS meetings.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Technical education in a relevant field.
- Proven experience with automation and SCADA systems in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, DCS, and SCADA software platforms.
- Familiarity with instrumentation and control devices used in infrastructure environments.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and functional documents.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English.
