We can offer a challenging and variated role where you will work closely with and become an important part of AXTech’s Aftersales team.
As a Sales Engineer you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the Aftermarket segment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued success of AXTech by promoting and selling our broad range of services.
Responsibilities and main tasks:-
Sales Growth: Drive sales initiatives within the Aftermarket segment by identifying new opportunities, managing leads and prospects, and converting them into long-term business relationships.

Managing RFQs and inquiriesfrom existing customers and creating sales quotations that meet both customer and AXTech specifications.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Technical Sales Support: Provide expert technical advice and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and AXTech’s product & Service offerings.

Project Coordination: Work closely with project management and engineering teams in department to ensure seamless delivery of aftermarket services

Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and customer needs, ensuring AXTech’s services are positioned for future growth.

Develop budgets, quotes and proposals for clients, and collect all required sales documentation for a given bid

Participate in Client negotiations and contract reviews

Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration)

Strong drive and a competitive attitude

Previous experience in offshore industries or with engineered heavy lifting equipment is a plus

A passion for building strong relationships and establishing trust

An open, creative mindset with a willingness to learn and explore

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
This position can be a great challenge for early-career professionals, if you are proactive and willing to learn. For candidates with longer experience, a manager-title can be agreed, and responsibilities and tasks accordingly.
