• Analysing European power markets to provide insights into future market developments

As an intern at THEMA, you will:

• Participate in our internal training programme to develop both personal and professional skills

• Contribute to solving complex real-world problems alongside experienced colleagues and clients

• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a dynamic and varied work experience

• Gain valuable insight into the consulting profession and the energy sector

You will become part of a growing, collaborative team, where learning and enjoyment go hand in hand.

We are seeking curious and ambitious students to join us for a 6-week internship in Winter or Summer 2026 , based in Oslo. Ideal candidates will be:

• Among the top of their class, with a strong interest in the energy sector

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

• Enthusiastic and proactive

• On track to complete their studies within 1--2 years
