  • Execute tasks according to our company’s procedures and safety standards.
  • Ensure assets are serviced on time, maximizing efficiency and meeting production schedules with precision.
  • Maintain and service our fleet of downhole tools, including general workshop tasks, repairs, troubleshooting, and calibration of electronics and sensors.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized by following 5S principles.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, offering support where needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experienced in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Automation.
  • Proven track record in similar operational roles within repair and maintenance disciplines.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
Skills and Training:
  • Problem-solving with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Proficient in electronics troubleshooting.
  • Computer literate with a good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
  • Desirable: Understanding of Drilling & Completion Processes, Forklift (T2, T4), and Overhead Crane (G4) certifications.
