About the Role

We are looking for a structured and proactive Project Administrator to support our project in the Kristiansand area. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient project execution through administrative support, coordination, and document management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation

• Coordinate and manage logistics for employee housing, vehicles, travel, and accommodation

• Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and tools to ensure operational efficiency

• Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries and provide hands-on support

• Ensure all project-related documentation complies with legal and organizational requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in administrative and logistics coordination, ideally within a large complex organization

• Practically oriented, with strong operational and multitasking abilities

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

• High level of integrity, reliability, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
