Arbeidsoppgaver

· Receiving employee timesheets, verifying working hours and registering them in the head office database.

· Creating employee payrolls that will be sent to the accountant.

· Verifying and approving employee salaries.

· Sending job-related information to employees via email, SMS and Facebook.

· Recruiting new employees by advertising vacancies, conducting interviews with candidates and selecting successful candidates.

· Signing and validating contracts with employees.

· Handling other matters that may arise in the various branches under the supervision and with the advice of the Human Resources Manager.
