Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving customer-focused strategies? Do you thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Country Manager for Husqvarna Group Forest & Garden Norway.
In this pivotal role as the Country Manager, you will lead our customer-focused strategy across Professional and Residential segments. You will drive sales, customer service, marketing, supply chain, and finance to achieve ambitious goals. Collaborating with other country managers, you will be instrumental in executing divisional business objectives. You will represent our brand, engage with industry associations, communicate with the press, and manage external relationships. You will report to our Director Nordic & Baltics and have a team of six direct reports. We are in total 24 people in Business Unit Husqvarna (Forest & Garden) Norway and our nice looking office is located in Moss approx. 30 min (by car) from Oslo.
There will be some travelling in this role, mostly within Norway but also 3-4 trips abroad (annually).
About the role:-
Develop and monitor the country sales strategy with a focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.

Manage dealer performance, cultivate relationships, and ensure premium customer experience.

Collect and analyze relevant data to drive sales strategies.

Lead local teams to prioritize customer and dealer needs and drive operational efficiency.

Implement and execute central strategies across all business functions.

Collaborate with Channel Development, Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Drive sustainable revenue growth through pricing, promotions, trade investments, and mix management.

Manage budgets and forecasts to meet revenue and EBIT targets while optimizing resources.

Oversee working capital, inventory, accounts receivable, and cash conversion.

We believe you have a bachelor's/master degree in business administration, management, or a related field and that you have. Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the same industry. Experience in managing operations, sales, and marketing within the country.

Strong Business Acumen
Utilize pricing, promotions, trade investments and active mix management you will drive sustainable revenue growth. Manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts, steering the business towards meeting revenue and EBIT targets while optimizing resource allocation. -
Strategic Mindset
Craft and implement a robust country strategic plan aligned with our product portfolio and distribution strategy, ensuring a laser-sharp focus on end customers, profitable growth, and profitability. -
Customer focus and sales skills
Cultivate existing customer relationships and develop key accounts in the market. Understanding of sales processes, KPIs and sales management as well as capabilities to develop strong customer relationships (both online & offline). -
Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Foster strong collaboration with all stakeholders, gaining internal alignment across all functions including Marketing & Sales. Ensure local implementation and execution of central strategies across all Business functions.
