Welcome and bid farewell to VIP guests, delegations, and accompany them and provide full logistical support and facilitation throughout their stay.

Book flights, hotels, and transportation as required.

Track and follow up on matters related to flight permits and customs clearance

Manages shipment of equipment and personal items for employees leaving the company. Coordinating with shipping companies and managing documentation.

Assist in events organized by the organization, ensuring all arrangements are completed in line with the Line Manager's instructions.

Assist in logistical and administrative arrangements during conferences, concerts, seminars, and exhibitions.

Supervise the organizations vehicle fleet, arrange transportation for guests, manage drivers' schedules, and monitor vehicle registration renewals, maintenance, insurance, traffic violations, and fuel usage.
