Jotron is strengthening its Bid and Proposal team and is looking for a motivated team member to support our work with international tenders and customer requests. In this role, you will contribute to preparing proposals and following up inquiries for advanced communication systems used in aviation and coastal applications worldwide.

You will work closely with colleagues in sales and technical environments, and be part of a collaborative team where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are valued.

The workplace will be in Larvik, and you will be part of Sales at the ATC & Coastal Communication Division.The Bid Team currently consists of 8 people and supports our sales organization in Norway, the UK, the Netherlands, Singapore, and the USA.

Responsibilities
  • Daily follow-up of inquiries
  • Actively participate in preparing proposals
  • Assist sales representatives with customer follow-up
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and renewal of routines
Desired Competence
  • Technical competence within areas such as radio communication, servers, and networks
  • Experience in technical project sales/commercial work with tenders and contracts
  • Experience with cost estimation
  • Good general IT skills, including use of OFFICE, VISIO, and ERP systems
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
