Embassy Driver (Sjåfør)

The Embassy in Oslo is seeking a qualified and dependable Driver to provide official transportation services. The position requires a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and discretion.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for embassy staff and official visitors

• Ensure assigned vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and roadworthy at all times

• Comply with Norwegian traffic laws, safety regulations, and internal embassy procedures

• Demonstrate confidentiality, discretion, and professional conduct

• Be available for flexible working hours, including assignments on short notice

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Norwegian Class B driving license

• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Norwegian

• Permanent residency permit in Norway or Norwegian citizenship

• Flexibility and availability as required by operational needs

• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations

• Reliable, responsible, and service-oriented approach

• Clean driving record
