Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

• Perform actual vs. budget and variance analysis

• Support scenario and sensitivity analysis

• Prepare management and financial reporting

• Contribute to improving financial processes, reporting and analytical tools

• Ad-hoc tasks

What does it take to succeed?

To succeed in this role, you have a growth mindset and are hungry for continuous learning and development. You have either a master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree in the same areas combined with relevant work experience. New graduates who have demonstrated strong academic performance are also encouraged to apply.

You may have experience from consulting, audit, analysis, or similar roles, and you demonstrate solid business understanding and analytical thinking. Strong Excel skills are required, while experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.

You are structured, analytical, and curious by nature, with the ability to understand both details and the bigger picture. You work independently, handle pressure well, and thrive in a team with high ambitions, where we strive to deliver the best possible results.
