We are looking for a motivated Project Controller who enjoys working with both numbers and people. In this role, you will support project teams with analysis, structure, and reliable reporting, and you will help ensure that our industrial projects run smoothly and successfully.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Project budgeting, scheduling, and planning of activities

• Monitor project progress, track expenses, and analyse budget variances

• Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyse data for project performance evaluation

• Prepare and maintain project documents, including project plans, reports, and presentations

• Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination

• Contribute to project meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations

• Participate in monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting processes

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• To succeed, you must be structured and systematic

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
