Our core lies in pull-in and termination & testing of offshore HV inter-array and export cables, subsea and inter-platform connections, onshore HV related yard works - complemented by specialist equipment manufacturing and supply, manpower supply, inspections, and repair activities. This combination allows us to support projects not only with engineering and equipment, but with experienced people that can support a variety of scopes and related activities across the project lifecycle.

Due to significant order intake of projects recently we are now strengthening our team with a Project Coordinator. Axess Connect are working in an international environment with exciting projects that makes a significant, high-impact projects designed for global clients. As a Project Coordinator at Axess, you will play a key part in ensuring successful project delivery by supporting our project managers and coordinating resources, logistics, and stakeholder communication.

Qualification Requirements:

• Professional, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Proactive and capable of driving projects forward in collaboration with project managers
• Strong communicators, both verbally and in writing
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and knowledgeable within their field
• Comfortable working in both highly detailed projects and fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
• Prior experience with project coordination is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Your daily tasks may include:
• Coordinating staffing and personnel assignments for projects in Norway and internationally (e.g., Germany or France)
• Working closely with project managers, field technicians, department leads, and other coordinators
• Managing travel arrangements and logistics planning for project execution
• Establishing agreements with third-party suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborating with Innovation Norway on international labour regulations
• Supporting organizational development and continuous improvement of operational processes
