We’re now looking for a Sales Engineer with technical insight and commercial curiosity, who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer needs, and is motivated by creating value and driving improvement.
About the CAN TechnologyWe started with one idea and two employees. Today, we have over 60 CAN installations worldwide and a diverse team of more than 20 people -- with different technical and cultural backgrounds.
CAN technology challenges the traditional well foundation and has evolved from a solution for special cases to being recognized as best practice for top hole development -- in Norway and increasingly in international markets.
The core technology is simple, yet highly adaptable to each project. This opens up a wide range of opportunities -- both technical and commercial.
By completing the top hole (conductor section of a well) without using a rig, we can:
• Reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 44%
• Save 2--4 rig days
• Increase safety for personnel and equipment

Your role
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be the link between customer needs and Neodrill’s technical solutions -- and a key contributor to the ongoing development of our technology.
You will:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers like Vår Energi, Aker BP, Harbour, BPUK, OMV, etc.

Collaborate with technical disciplines to prepare and present customer-specific solutions.

Prepare and present quotes.

Contribute to improving procedures, work processes, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) systems.

Contact with clients, partners, and suppliers.

Perform other related tasks as required.
Who you are:
You have technical insight and interest, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to create solutions that make a difference.
We believe you have:

A relevant technical degree (BSc or MSc)

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (drilling, wells, subsea construction)

Strong written and spoken English skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-
Experience from oil and gas, offshore/subsea operations in Norway
-
A structured approach and strong execution skills -- even in a fast-paced environment
