Logistic Coordniator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipping activities, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate efficient transport solutions.

No matter if you're early in your career or have some experience, youll get the opportunity to develop through hands-on tasks and close collaboration with experienced colleagues. We value initiative, curiosity, and a team-oriented mindset. This is a temporary position from as soon as possible until the end of September, with the possibility of extension.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate transportation related to our workshop
• Coordinate transportation of deliveries to customers in Norway and worldwide
• Prepare and quality assure necessary shipping documentation
• Handling customs and clearance of goods from abroad
• Prepare customized documentation according to customer requirements

We think you should have

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or relevant experience. We encourage newly graduates to apply.
• Experience in creating and managing customer shipping schedules
• Knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
