Strengthen global material planning and supply chain operations at Ekornes

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking MRP Analyst to strengthen our global supply chain operations. As an MRP Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming how we plan, manage, and optimise material flows across regions -- helping us become more precise, efficient, and customer-driven. You will work at the core of our supply chain operations and contribute directly to Ekornes’ growth and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key partner to purchasing, planning, and distribution teams by providing accurate, actionable insight

• Analysing inventory, material flows, and planning data to support business-critical decisions

• Supporting the S&OP process with timely, reliable insights on inventory and demand

• Identifying inefficiencies and proposing leaner, smarter planning practices

• Ensuring the right balance of inventory and service levels across global warehouses and production facilities through data-driven replenishment

• Improving and maintaining master data parameters in SAP, collaborating across teams to ensure data accuracy and process consistency

• Contributing to a more structured, digitalised, and collaborative supply chain environment

We are looking for a team player with a passion for structure, data and process improvement. You bring experience from supply chain or planning, ideally with ERP systems, and thrive on translating complex information into clear insight. You collaborate well across functions and cultures, enjoy solving problems, and are eager to grow in a global company.

You will report to Lars Wittemann, VP Supply Chain, and be part of a high-performing global team. The role is preferably based in Sykkylven, Norway, though Oslo or international locations (e.g. Lithuania, USA, Thailand) may be considered for the right candidate.
