We are looking for an experienced Electrical / Electrical Senior Engineer for exciting offshore wind projects. The role involves working with HVDC and HVAC systems during early phases such as studies and tendering. You will join a large international working environment with opportunities for further development.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical design for study and tendering phases for HVDC and HVAC offshore wind projects.

  • Verify designs from previous study phases.

  • Develop philosophies, single-line diagrams, load lists, and cable lists according to specifications, client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Participate in and arrange meetings, workshops, and reviews for the electrical discipline.

  • Interface with other disciplines, suppliers, and clients.

  • Opportunity to continue into later project phases such as FEED and EPC.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.

  • Cooperative attitude and ability to work in a multicultural team environment.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Systematic and accurate, with strong commitment to deadlines and quality requirements.

  • Proactive, seeks advice, and shares own experiences with others.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical system engineering.

  • Experience in offshore wind projects is preferred.

  • Experience in early-phase/conceptual electrical system design is an advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
