We are seeking a talented chef to join our fine dining team at A - avdelning! This is a full-time (100%) position, starting June 20, 2025 until 08.08.25. If you are passionate about creating exceptional culinary experiences, we want to hear from you.

• Strong skills in daily mise en place, lunch service, and banquet dinners
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
• Commitment to following our culinary concept and guidelines
• Capacity to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and workspaces
• A team player who collaborates well with service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
• Fluent in Norwegian or English

🎯 Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our fine dining concept
• Follow standard procedures for ingredient handling and hygiene
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service, particularly during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas according to our cleaning plans
• Contribute to a positive work environment and build good relationships with colleagues
• Adapt and create culinary offerings that meet our guests’ expectations
• Work evenings and weekends as required by the business
