Your main workplace will be our great office in Nydalen, Oslo. In this position you will be working flexibly, adjusted to the needs of your studies as well as to our relevant business needs. The expected working hours will be 10-15 hours per week. During the introduction period availability during normal working hours is required. It is expected that you may work additional hours during summer and peak periods.

The PositionAs a CMR Student Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the daily activities in the department within safety and regulatory affairs, including reporting of adverse events or side effects, handling customer complaints, translations, proof-reading of artwork, etc. In addition, you may be involved in related activities for the whole CMR department, e.g. translations related to clinical and medical activities.
QualificationsAs a CMR Student Assistant, you need to be currently studying within the field of pharmacy, medicine, biology or similar at a university or university college in or near Oslo, Norway. Moreover, you need to have completed minimum the two years of your studies this spring/summer and have minimum 2 years left before graduating from your current program.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Knowledge in pharmacy, medicine, or any other relevant natural sciences

Good capabilities with Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Fluency in Norwegian and English language, both written and oral, including excellent translation skills

Previous work experience preferably

You will primarily work with the Regulatory and Safety team and report to Head of Regulatory and Safety. Furthermore, you will collaborate with our external customer service supplier when applicable.
