We are partnering with our client to find a dedicated and organized receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of their company. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression, ensuring that all visitors feel greeted and valued. The ideal candidate will maintain smooth front office operations, demonstrating excellent service and attention to detail.

 

This position is for a summer position, with excellent opportunities for a permanent role.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Front Desk & Office Coordination

  • Be the go-to contact in emergencies, coordinating with facilities.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about technical support policies.
  • Perform clerical duties like word processing, filing, and scheduling.
  • Use company intranet and phone systems to connect with employees and answer calls.


Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors and notify staff of arrivals, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Keep the lobby welcoming and professional.
  • Manage deliveries and coordinate with vendors and couriers.
  • Report building issues and assist with event setups and mail distribution.
     

Directory Assistance:

  • Handle incoming calls to the main line, directing them to the right departments.
  • Maintain and update contact lists and records.
  • Provide accurate information to callers using our resources.

 

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field is a plus.
