Food and beverages are an important part of the hotel experience, and every day our kitchen colleagues come together to help each other create great food experiences. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in good food and service.

Your duties as a Chef include:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality food in accordance with our food concepts
• Following procedures in accordance with food safety regulations, cleaning, and safety guidelines
• Contributing to the department reaching expectations for guest satisfaction, quality, and profitability
• Following routines for organic certified products and waste sorting, as well as helping to reduce food waste
• Contributing to a good working environment and collaborating with colleagues in the kitchen and other departments

Qualifications and education:

• Certificate as a Chef
• A la carte experience
• Fluent in english or norwegian

Personal characteristics:

• Good teamwork skills
• Service-minded and flexible
• Quality-conscious

This is a permanent 50% position. As an A la carte Chef, you will work according to a shift schedule and should expect work in the evenings and every other weekend. Start date for the position is by agreement. Salary according to the tariff. We offer employee discounts for parking or for bus tickets.
