Join a growing Pike-Perch Production Team at Gamst Aquakultur (in Denmark)

Gamst Aquakultur, part of AquaPri, is a cutting-edge RAS (recirculating aquaculture system) facility near Vejen, specializing in the production of freshwater pike-perch for human consumption. Built in 2016, the facility is in rapid development and poised for significant growth. As we expand our operations, we are strengthening our production team — and you could be the next key player.

Do you have a passion for aquaculture and a drive to make a difference in a growing company?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team in a full-time role.

• Daily care: Feeding and monitoring fish stocks
• Water quality: Daily analyses and follow-up on RAS parameters
• Operational support: Sorting and packing fish
• Documentation: Record-keeping and reporting
• Technical: Inspection and maintenance of equipment (sensors, nets, etc.)
• Data collection, analysis, and registration of production inputs and outputs in our Aqua management system
• Supervision: Participating in a watch rotation approximately every 4/6 weeks
• Strategic input: Involvement in production planning, upcoming expansion phases, process and production practices improvements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aquaculture or related fields
• Educational background in biology, aquaculture, or animal science
• Practical experience in RAS systems is a strong advantage
• Capable of working independently and in teams
• Able to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willing to take responsibility and grow with us
• Languages: Danish and/or English (Danish is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Residence proximity: During watch duty, you must be within a 20-minute drive of the farm. If you do not live nearby, accommodation close to the facility is provided during your on-call shifts
