We are on the lookout for an ambitious .NET Developer to join our Product Engineering Team in Vilnius on our exciting growth journey. You will have a vital role in assuring the highest quality of our product: The market's best mobile app for employee engagement to empower and connect the frontline workers and HQ. You will be part of a new and growing Product Engineering team in Vilnius which has strong ties to the Danish team in Copenhagen.

Development and support of responsive web applications and web portals for content administration

Development and support of Web APIs and services, as well as different integrations with external services

Architecture design and implementation

Being ambitious, leading, and driving the implementation of new functionality and improvements to the Relesys platform

Collaborate with an amazing team of developers, software testers, and other team members

Disciplined, structured, and open-minded, even when it's burning

You have a natural desire to lead and guide your team and ensure a strong team spirit in your daily work 

You believe that performance is not a matter of fast deliveries but high-quality deliveries and a strong team spirit

You thrive working under a high level of autonomy taking responsibility of own tasks

You are located in or near Vilnius, as this position is hybrid with 3 days in-office with colleagues

You have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English

You have 3+ years of experience as a .Net Developer

College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Have a perfect knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core

Understand web application design principles, micro-service architecture principles, and event-driven architecture principles

Have experience with ASP.NET (Core, Web API, and MVC)

Know SQL and how to use it

Work in Visual Studio and use Git

It is considered a plus if you have experience with JavaScript - either AngularJS or ReactJS

It is an advantage if you have skills in Azure services, unit and integration testing, bootstrap, and responsive layout
