We are looking for dedicated waiters to become part of our team at Hotel Union Geiranger. We have two full-time (100%) positions available, with a start date of August 01, 2026. This role will involve working various shifts, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What We Look For

• A genuine passion for providing excellent service to our guests
• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Ability to create memorable dining experiences by serving food and beverages
• Knowledge of food and drink offerings to guide guests through our menus
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with colleagues across departments
• Fluent in Norwegian or English
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable overall experience for restaurant guests
• Serve food and drinks efficiently to our guests
• Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant, back areas, and storerooms
• Lead by example in daily operations
• Work on upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Handle payments and maintain cash responsibility
• Greet guests and take their orders
• Contribute to department goals and support a positive work environment
• Collaborate closely with service, bar, kitchen, and other departments
