Fulfillment Operator

We are looking for Fulfillment Operators to join our Day Shift in our Dry department at Lier!

At Oda, you’ll work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with passionate colleagues who value collaboration and learning. As a Fulfillment Operator in one of our Operations departments, you’ll play a key role in picking and delivering high-quality groceries to the right customer at the right time. Together, we tackle operational challenges, support each other, and help shape Oda as a great place to work as we expand into new markets💪🏼

What you’ll be doing

• Pick and pack goods for customers.

• Be the first point of contact for the handover of goods from suppliers.

• Ensure that products are on the shelves and that the workplace is kept tidy.

• Work closely with your team to achieve our operational goals and measure against company KPI´s.

• Contribute to a culture that works with continuous improvement of processes and working methods.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

• Like to work as part of a team towards a common goal, and are keen to help others around you.

• See solutions rather than problems and offer suggestions for improvement where necessary.

• Are comfortable with and like routine-based tasks.

• Are motivated by working in an environment with a high pace and physical activity.

• Are self-driven and like to take ownership of tasks.

• Have a genuine desire to work and grow in Oda.

• Speak and understand English.

• The minimum age requirement for this position is 18 years.

What would be nice to have 💡

• Previous experience from warehouse work, in a value chain, trade, or in production.

• Having your own car or being able to drive is great, as our working hours don't align well with public transportation.

• It's a plus if you have a forklift certificate.

• Being service-minded and customer-focused.

• Working hours: 06:30-14:30

• You are going to follow a turnus with work every fourth weekend

• We're hiring for our Dry department. You’ll primarily work in one department, but it’s essential to be flexible and assist in the others when needed.
