Workshop Support Technician -- Assembly

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Workshop Support Technician - Assembly to join our Workshop Assembly team. This role plays an important part in ensuring efficient flow of equipment to and from the field through receipt, cleaning, preparation, and support to assembly and mobilization activities.
We encourage candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn to apply; relevant training will be provided for the right candidate.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving inbound equipment from the field

• Responsible for dismantling, maintenance and dispatch of all intervention equipment according to work orders

• Surface treatment of equipment

• Adhere to local and external relevant health & safety laws and policies

• Housekeeping and other incidental tasks

• Attend training and / to develop relevant knowledge and skills

• Register deviations according to our internal deviation systems

• Assist Assembly and Mobilization workshop when needed

Job requirements:

• Experience from workshop, industrial, or similar environments is an advantage, but not required

• Driving license category B

• Truck certificate T1, T4, T5, overhead crane G4 is an advantage, but not required

• Fluent English -- oral and written

• Background check and police certificate

• Practical mindset with interest in mechanical equipment

• Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and contribute positively

• Basic understanding of HSE

• Reliable, responsible, and solution-oriented

• Good teamwork skills and flexibility

• Comfortable with physical work and a high activity level
