SUMMER INTERN -- TRAINING \& COMPETENCY

Role to work in Marketing team on training content for engineering and project management roles

Are you a structured, hardworking and creative student looking for a job this summer? We are looking for an intern who want to gain experience in preparing training & educational material for engineering and project management roles. You will be working part of a project team working on transforming complex technical information and processes into clear and efficient training content. You will:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content for training programs.

• Structure and set up learning materials in our LMS platform.

Who are you?

You are interested in technology and engineering and have the ability to think outside the box. We also see that you can work structured and proactively, both individually and as a part of a team. You take responsibility and ownership for your tasks and see them through until completion. A proactive and solution-oriented person with a learning mindset is someone that fits well for this job.

Skills and qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Education within engineering or technical communications, media. Or other relevant studies.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear training content.

• Creative and storytelling mindset.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint especially).

• Experience with video editing and some graphic design work is a plus, but not a requirement.
