As a Training and Development Professional , you will be responsible for organizing and developing a range of training activities within AutoStore Academy. You will work cross-departmentally and play a key role in translating technical requirements into high-quality training courses. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, has a technical background , and works efficiently with digital tools to ensure the quality and reporting of our training programs worldwide.
AutoStore Academy is the organization responsible for delivering efficient, tailored training to our partners, customers, and sub-contractors. We aim to develop and provide learning experiences that empower our stakeholders throughout the entire AutoStore system lifecycle.
Task and Responsibilities:-
Assess training needs and develop relevant content and courses for the Academy portal, in collaboration with internal teams and external providers

Maintain and update training materials based on stakeholder feedback, and deliver product and tool training sessions together with the Academy Team

Support the upkeep and improvement of training facilities and related hardware/software

Help coordinate and administer both online and on-site training sessions, including organizing training schedules and plans

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in teaching, training, or technical development---ideally within mechanical, electronics, or service environments

Education in a technical field such as mechanical, electronics, or automation; formal training in teaching or pedagogy is an advantage

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; Norwegian is a plus

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support a wide range of stakeholders

Proactive and hands-on, with a structured approach to planning and reliable execution
